Shipping
For shipping REC-ORDER uses the Dutch TNT. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by the shop system during the check out process. These costs are calculated by weight, depending on where you live and how you like it shipped. We do offer varying shipping options, i.e. Standard, Priority and Secure. Note that the prices below consist of shipping costs (VAT exclusive), 21% VAT & Packaging!
Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is our no-nonsence shipping method, it's cheap and relatively fast. An important aspect of this method is that only orders under 2 kilo can be sent with this service. All orders larger then 2 kilo need to be sent Secure (see Secure shipping). Dutch customers have no Standard shipping option, simply because of the fact that all mail within the Netherlands is Priority.

Priority Shipping

If fast shipment of your order is important to you, then we advise you to use our Priority shipping Method. Priority shipping is the fastest way to go! Note that customers outside of the Netherlands can only use this option as long the order doesn't exceed the 2 kilo limit, otherwise Secure shipping is needed (see Secure shipping) For our Dutch customers Priority shipping comes with an additional feature called "Track & Trace" which allows you to track and trace your order during shipment.

Secure Shipping
Is fast shipping alone not enough for you, then Secure Shipping might be your deal. When using this option all orders will be sent priority, signed-for-registered and with a complete insurance against damage and/or loss. Plus that every order has a so called "Track & Trace" feature, which allows you to track and trace your order during shipment.

Zone 4: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia And Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vativan City State, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Norway, San Marino, Yugoslavia, Canary Islands, Channel Islands, Montenegro, Serbia

Returns
If you, for whatever reason, are not satisfied with the product you have ordered you may return it to us within 14 days after receiving it. Note that we only accept returned items in original condition, unopened (with any seals or shrink-wraps intact). After receiving a returned product we will issue a full refund to your account for that particular product minus the shipping costs.
